feeling a little off

Hey everyone I am new to the program this is actually my second time writing a forum. But i need some help. I have been lately feeling a little weird around my family and everyone in general. I feel like am not connected to my family or i feel like am different than them even though i am not it is really freaking me out. I look at my family or people in general and question things i never thought about before like why we look the way we look etc it is really wierd. I cry alot because i am scared and think that im going crazy this is never going to go away. I also started taking zoloft about a week in a half ago a low dose but it all started on paxil about 2 month ago my doctor put me on it because I was dizzy and he though i was having anxiety but later found out i had a inner ear infection and the medicine messed me up. So the doc gave me zoloft to level me back off he said it is a mild antidepressant i started taking 12.5 then up to 25 and i am not going up anymore because i am one who is scared of antidepressants. but i take it so i can hurry up and get better. Please help!!!!!! scared

I just wanted you to know you are not alone in feeling like this. I feel like this too. I wish I knew how to make it go away.
