Dodger,

I do think it can be used as a positive. It seems that anxiety does not fit in a box, it's different for a lot of people.

I am actually researching what different peoples fears are and specific methods in dealing with those problems. What are common threads...etc. Which material out there deals with specific problem areas as supplements.

That is how many of the anxiety programs/books came about to begin with.

People share their negative experiences on here all the time, I think revealing these tough areas is not harmful.

My biggest fears are...
1. What if I never beat this anxiety and have to deal with it for the rest of my life?
2. No one will ever want to stay with me and I will be alone.
3. What if I lose control of my emotions/mind and form an eating disorder, or hurt myself or someone else or end up with a real mental disorder?

Hi Everyone:
My fears are not as great as they used to be.
Time has seemed to take care of some things.

My present fears:
l. afraid I'll get that light-headed, spacy-dizzy feeling.
2. Afraid I might get anxiety while driving.
3.Afraid that I'll never get organized and keep my apartment really nice. Yes, this worries me a lot. And fearful that I won't sleep.
