I love music, Nothing changes my state quicker than music. Have you got any songs that pick you up when you are feeling Anxious/Depressed.

celine dion I know not a likely person but she has a song called Im Alive and one called A New Day.....both excellent songs.

I am a Kiss fan and several of their songs get me jacked up. If I had to pick one: it would be "Deuce." Great guitar and bass work. A real rocker (like me.
