Shalini,

A long time ago (I have been dealing with panic and anxiety almost 20 years before I decided to do something about it)I hated being alone. I used to beg my roommates, friends, etc. to stay with me if someone had to go to work or school. Finally they told me no, I had to do it myself. I had a full blown panic attack when the door closed shut and I was alone, but I got through it and everytime I was alone it got easier and easier - in fact, it got so easy that I decided to get my own place because I enjoyed being alone. I still look back fondly living on my own in my little apartment. It will get better, just have faith and trust in yourself that you will get through it. Hang in there it definitely will get better.

I live 45 minutes from a decent town, four miles from the nearest town which has no red light, one gas station , a post office, and a Western auto. Oh there's a school and church. That's it-I'm a ways from there and don't know anyone in my community.
I'm home alone all day with a toddler. I see my sis and mom in law going back and forth between their homes but not mine and I get jealous and sad. I wonder what I'm going to do all day waiting for my husband to come home. It will drive you nuts. I'd rather go back to work anytime, but he really wants me home with the kids. So, what do you do? I reach out to my friends here in this forum and keep in contact through phone calls and emails. We set a routine to help us get through the day.
