For 6 months now I've been sleeping only 4 to5 hours of sleep. Did you find when going through the program did the sleep get better? Please reply.

Insomnia has been one of my biggest problems over the years and then you realize the lack of sleep effects your anxiety during the day so it just exaperates the situation. Most recently after tapering from Paxil I had the most extreme insomnia and learned some natural tricks. One is magnesium at night which has helped tremendously. Going to bed the same time and waking up at the same time everyday has helped me too. The more control I have had over my anxiety during the day has helped with sleeping better at night. The mind racing just drives me crazy so the relaxation tools I've learned has really helped with that. My doctor gave me ambien and I took it a couple of nights during the worst of the paxil withdrawal but after I researched it I read that when you stop taking it one of the side effects was insomnia so I immediately stopped.

I got many of my tips by looking up insomnia on the internet.

Good luck

My sleep improved a lot by the time I was done with the program. It must have because people started to tell me how relaxed and rested I looked.(must not have looked too good there for a while.lol) I still play the relaxation tape every night along with others. The insomnia is such a common problem with us and I hope you start to see an improvement.
