Hi all,
I've encountered some hard times with the program and I wanted to point them out to help other people.
I am highly sensitive and can relate too well to others symptoms, so some of the cd's were hard to listen to. CD #2 can be hard for sensitive people. Just know that and don't listen to it before bed like I did. Also, on the "what if" thinking CD and obsessive thinking CD, keep in mind that these are other people and they have all recovered.
I also tried the wednesday night prayer group that meets by conference call at 10 pm est. This is a very conservative group, with some chanting, singing, praying and references to sending the devil away. I would not try this unless you are into that kind of thing. It increased my anxiety and I wish I didn't do it.
On a last note, a book I like a lot is called the Self Esteem workbook by glenn schiraldi. It is a very positive and uplifting book and fits in nicely with Lucinda's program.

Sidd please dont be moved by Amber's personal perception of the prayer group........it is far from accurate as she stated it. It is a successful prayer group that soooo many individuals have found miracously healing through faith and prayer.
As far as the program and telling people not to listen to a CD......that is not right. First just as the program clearly states you must get desensitize from what ever personal challenges you have but influencing people with your thoughts and not facts is not right in dealing with this program. I do hope you find peace in this world...........Its really a beautiful place.

Believer, Thankyou. Everyone will take away from this program what they personally can absorb. I am very faithful person and beleive God has given me this anxiety as a gift of change. Change hurts and is necessary for growth, so this is where I am currently. I know once I'm through all this, I will be a more empathetic person, a calmer person, a better mother, partner and friend. It's just all these challenges are sometimes hard to accept sometimes. Other times...I welcome them with open arms. Thankyou for your good wishes. I wish you peace as well.
