This sounds like what I was talking about in a thread I posted this morning. I had this four years ago, and it just came back last night. I don't know why. The first time I had them, it triggered a major full blown panic attack. This time it didn't. I'm still very nervous and feel anxiety over the fact that it returned. But I'm no where near the way I was before. Have any of you noticed that these things make you have to run to the bathroom? Or cause you to cough?

OMGoodness, can I relate to you all, lol. For me, it is my brain. I have been having such sinus issues, I am sure I have a brain tumor. Logically, I know what it is but anxiously, I am dying. I have a much better grip on reality than I did a year ago, thank the Lord but I am still seeing my Dr tomorrow to get some help. I am going to be honest w/her and just ask for the tests to put my mind at ease. Did any of you find that your Dr was unsympathetic at your requests for these tests just to ease your mind? If so, did you go see someone else?
I intend that I live my life in tranquility and peacefullness, free of unneccesary worries and beliefs.
