Thought it would be fun if people posted their simple pleasures. Just the little things that brighten their day. Then others might see these little things in their lives and smile too. :) So if you have any simple pleasures you'd like to post, post away! :)

Mine for today: Today I went on a long walk and heard a bird calling out. It made me smile as I pretended that it was telling me "looking good, girl!". LOL! Then I came across a woman walking a beautiful golden retriever. The dog just loved me. Sat down right on my feet and leaned against me and looked up and smiled at me. Soooooo cute! :D

Did you have a simple pleasure today?

HI, everyone!
I love going into the garden in the early evening to pick fresh garden veggies. Everything is beautiful.

Peace to you on this precious present day!

My simple pleasure is getting up early in the morning when no one else is up yet and drinking a good cup of coffee and thinking about all the things that God has done in my life and what all he is planning to do.

My outside song birds at the bird feeder! What a happy sound. Beautiful weather and my cat who adores me!

Hello everyone,
My simple pleasure now is taking a walk and listening to the birds churping, noticing every detail in the trees and flowers. It has been a long time coming, but I'am begining to really appreciate life and its beauty.

I love this.

My kitties lying next to me.
The dinner I just ate... so good.
A woman I sold a TV to today at work who was so nice to me and just a genuine good person.
The little kids toy that came in my McDonald's happy meal! LOL
hugs&kisses,

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
Frank Herbert

"How you climb up the mountain is just as important as how you get down the mountain. And, so it is with life, which for many of us becomes one big test followed by one big lesson. In the end, it all comes down to one word: grace. It's how you accept winning and losing, good luck and bad luck, darkness and the light."

My 6 year old niece. She is cute, fun, funny, fresh, and loves her uncle. :)
