I live west of Milwaukee. Had my first panic attack after a hard workout in the morning!
I thought I was going to DIE. This happened right after a bout with the Flu in March. I am a very healthy person and have not had the Flu since 1977. I am a very busy person without much rest and my body finally couldn't take the stress anymore. Hope things are going better for you!
Wisconsin anyone?
I live in Green Bay. I've lived in Wisconsin all my life except for 6 months in 1981-82 when I lived in Irving, Texas... in Wisconsin, besides Green Bay I've also lived in: Hustisford, Hartford, Rockland (near Sparta), Jackson, Campbellsport, Menomonee Falls, Waukesha, Seymour... and currently Green Bay. During my childhood in Hartford we lived in 5 different houses. Time to settle in, wouldn't you say?! I love the MW Ctr prgrm/msg boards & chat. It is helping me much with my PMDD, OCD & probably PTSD. Life can be so hard, but yet it is so worth it. Take care.
Hello from Brookfield (just west of Milwaukee).
I've dealt with some sort of anxiety/panic disorder for the vast majority of my life. I went through the Stress Program a number of years ago, and got wonderful results. I've only recently started experiencing some strange physical symptoms, and am thinking that some of them are due to anxiety. (Tingling in face/body, tight stomach muscles, etc.) I think those crazy old negative thought patterns have made a re-appearance...
Anyway, it's some kind of comfort to know that MANY other people go through the same things, and survive every day. Some of those people are even your neighbors...
Hang in there!

"Come to the edge."
"We can't. We're afraid."
"Come to the edge."
"We can't. We will fall!"
"Come to the edge."
And they came.
And he pushed them.
And they flew.
