Wib1, I'm the world's worst about starting stuff and not finishing. One of my main goals this year is to finish what I start. I don't have to finish everything but I'm making an effort to follow through with things. I have 2 books that I'm almost done with and have finished 2 classes now.
Now if I could just finish that diet! lol
February people where are you?

Wib1- I've had a problem with following thru on a lot of things also. I get impatient and want things done now. I'm tying to get myself to stay with things at a slower steadier pace now instead of rushing and then burning out. You know - the crash and burn syndrome. Maybe a shorter type of therapy where you didn't feel pressured to finish so many sessions would be a better fit?

Hi Mary. I'm a February starter myself. I'm not done yet, but very close. I've changed in alot of ways - I have good days and bad days - just like anybody else. The thing I'm most grateful for though is being part of something as worthwhile as this Program. It's given me the permission I must have needed to finally take care of me. I'm sure it will be a continual source of encouragement and courage for me - it's given me so many tools to work with. Do I still have anxiety - yes, but it doesn't have me anymore!!!!! Laura
