What's up with the "by the month" forums with no posts?

I honestly don't know which forums to post to. It looks like there's a few for each month. I looked for January, but then there are no posts at all for many of the sessions. This board is an absolute MESS!!!! Please fix it so we can actually get some consistent support going on here.
