Hi everybody!
I am interested in hearing people's thoughts about fatigue. This is one of the major symptoms of depression/anxiety for me. There will be times when I want to, and sometimes do, sleep all day. Exercise helps, but I have a problem when I may be in an anxious period and I feel so tired I can't get to the gym. Has anyone ever been so tired they can't leave the house? What are some ways people have dealt with this? Thanks for any advice.

When we do get stressed, our body burns through the vitamin B, and you may need Iron, have your doc do a blood draw and check levels and see if he or she recommends supplements. =) and definetly check out the threads. Go to the Find' button and click fatigue. You'll see tons of info! Good luck. =)
