A friend of mine gave me AA&Ds number so I thought I would try....What do I have to lose? Ive tried everything else...Im 41, divorced, 2 kids and fulltime job mon-fri and been suffering from anxiety/panic attacks since 23...18 long years of different meds and therapy...but they just seem to mask the symptoms, because they still happen....fatigue, dizziness, tremors, chest pain, rapid heartbeat, flushed feeling, muscle and joint pains, faintness, numbness, tingling, constant deep breathing because it feels like I cant get enough air into my lungs...the feeling like you are going to die...driving to work feeling like you are going to passout and hurt yourself or someone (thank god for cell phones) :) staying home on weekends (when kids are gone, when i should be out with friends) and just laying around all day watching tv, because you dont feel like doing anything at all..
I am soooo hoping this the program works for me!!!
Any support/comments appreciated

I feel your pain with the feelings of anxiety and never knowing what is really wrong. You feel like you have no control over anything when you know you should. I am 23 years of age..living with my parents, unemployed because of some anger issues with an authority figure(Boss), I am in a relationship where i'm not really sure of her and she always makes me feel like i am throwing away the best thing that I have in my life. One day I love her and the next day I don't. It feels like a never ending rollercoaster. Crrraaaazzzzyyy...One thing to keep in mind is to try and slow your thinking down and take life as it comes or day by day. Try to be nice to yourself, which is easier said then done..The relaxation cd is very helpful the more you use it to help you get a ahold on what you really want your life to be like; dreams/goals etc. Stay faithful to the program and no matter what stick to the homework, be honest with yourself, and always tell the truth. You are the first person that I have commented on. I hope my words help.

Hi. Take it from someone whose worked that program and survived. The the program works because in the last 9 years I've had to endure 3 Deaths and a series of emotional ridden problems and thanks to the tools I learned about on this program I'm still sane. Sure the meds can do just so much but if you turly want to get off the Emotional RollerCoster you've got to discover what is fueling your anxiety. It just that simple and just that HARD TOO. I know alot of people out there that would rather be addicted to something like Drugs, Booze, Sex or even Knitting. It doesn't matter what it is if it protects you if it makes you feel better doing that enstead of facing your fears than its bad and will only get worse as time goes on because it will HAUNT YOU and convince you that you can't go on without it. This is the LIE I LIVED WITH FOR YEARS. But the program helped me to see that I was not as SCREWED UP AS I THOUGHT I WAS. For instance if I didn't totally recovered from my Manic Depression than I would of never be chosen to star in the the program's latest Infocommerical. I'm the Cartoonist in it. And what I talked about and shown on it is the GODS HONEST TRUTH! Enough said. If you want to know more e-mail me at toons4u@msn.com

Wow you're the cartoonist guy??? I watch that infomercial and cry every time. I have the program and it is wonderful. I've really been practicing the skills everyday and have finally begun to "conceptualize" them. I'm starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Thank you for sharing your story!!!

And 18yrs...you are going to LOVE this program. Every tape feels like they are talking directly to you and you'll probably be able to relate to just about EVERYTHING they say.

Once you start practicing the skills and applying them in your life, you won't believe it when you finally start to get that feeling of power and of "I can do this."

Best of luck to you :).

Sounds like you're a great candidate for the program ;). I think you'll benefit hugely (is that a word? lol) from it :)
