Hello all ~ Just received my materials 2 weeks ago. I'm through lessons 1 and 2, and this is the best I've seen. I have anxiety and panic attacks and by using Lucinda's ideas I have already made major steps. I can go to my church group now where I couldn't before. Crowds scare me a lot, but I can go out now and use the positive self-talk. I have practiced compassionate (I think lesson 3) self talk. It never occurred to me that I could be my own safe place. I was always looking for somebody else to lean on...now it's going to be me.
This is still scarey for me and I find that re-listenings of the lectures means more. But then I do better with repetative information.
I am making other changes in my diet, exercise, and private time to do this course and it seems to help.
