Hi All,

I am new here. Have been suffering with anxiety/panic and depression on and off for many, many years. I just ordered the Attacking Anxiety Program.

Wanted to know how many of you have used and if you found it helpful. It is quite expensive, but my thought is you can't put a price tag on your happiness and health so if it helps, it will be worth every penny.

Looking for some words of encouragement and some positive feedback on the program :)

Hi Blick.

I took the program a few years ago when I had severe anxiety and panic. I took my time with it and used the relaxation cd every day and I found it really helpful. Lately, I have had some stressful situations and my anxiety has returned but nothing like I had it before. So, I am going through it for the second time and am actually getting more out of it this time. I was probably too anxious the first time to absorb everything. I find the program is wonderful and the people on it are fun to listen to. Have fun with it, don't rush it. take it at your own pace. If you need an extra week on a lesson, by all means take it. Good luck. You will enjoy it!

I am on lesson 3 and the problem I am having with the program is being able to absorb all the information that is in the DVDs, workbook, etc. I think slowing down and going at it at your own pace is good advice. I'm trying not to get too bogged down on each lesson though. I can tell that the program is helping, so keep going even if it is at a little slower pace.
