You will experience many symptoms from anxiety. Read the list in the workbook and get familiar with them. They will not hurt you and that's what you need to remember. Use your breath work to slow everything down and help to keep you centered. Make the symptoms OK (don't worry about them anymore). They will pass.
I dont like collecting feelings like memorabilia. I feel like I do this everyday. I am exhanusted from the little things mounting to the point that they become a mountain. It seems to never stop. One after another. Why isnt the good times like that.....why do the bad times seem to be extra special and get that exclusive treatment we all hold onto. Its strange......wish I could do it.
