Started decent now having problems

I was doing pretty good with the program until i hit session 5 and the food part blew me away... Now every time i eat something i feel anxious... Was not having this feeling before. Is it usual to digress during this program??

Bruce E - I wouldn't worry about it to much.... Yes many of us seem to have a thing with getting a little worse before getting better. I know I have done that a lot so far... and I'm only on 7....

Hi Bruce,

To add to what Mystikal said, it seems that most of us using the program never go through it in a straight line. For me it was two steps ahead and a step back over and over again. However, even though we have these plateaus, we always seem to get to the finish line. Some take longer than others, it took me what I thought was a longer time than some.

What may help also is to go to the section of the forums that deal with each individual lesson and seek some help there. A great friend of the forum is NinjaFrodo and he is posting some great tips along with discussion on each lesson. You may find his comments helpful.
