Better was suspended!! NOT RIGHT!

The guy Better! was suspended for no reason! He was not causing trouble on the chat or in this forum.
He even purchased the entire program! Is this the way they treat their customers?

I am Better! I don't know why I have been treated this way! I was not cuasing any trouble! Maybe I made a mistake purchasing this Lucida Bassett product! Mabye I should spread the word not to purcahse it!!!

I know it is the weekend, but give them a call on Monday and see what the deal is. Maybe it is a computer clitch. I believe they would contact you or tell you to contact them if they though you were causing trouble.

I do not know why your account is not accessible nor work for them so I do not know what to tell you except to call or email them. This stuff runs on computers and I have seen my share (not here) of glitches and issues with computers, software, hardware, etc.

You have had the program and LONG time and havent even bothered to OPEN IT.
You continually talk about nothing bout your relationship with your wife and how bad it is.. Thats NOT what this program is about..

Wow...I don't know you, but are you sure you are better? What you just wrote isn't very mature or something that someone who is better would write...in my opinion. Instead of lashing out, why not try to find out exactly what happened first and then go from there.

Better

Its always been my thought that nothing good ever comes from anger. Perhaps if you tried to calmly and rationally contact the center and discuss what the reasons were and seriously try to make the changes that would satisfy them you could come back.

This program is worth its weight in gold in my opinion but its only as effective as you are willing to put effort into it.

I think I would take this opportunity to really listen to lesson 6 on ANGER and see if you might have missed something. I think you might have.
