Hello-
I have been working on my posture and my weak upper back muscles. Which is good-- but the ache I feel often makes me feel like something is wrong with my heart. Which of course if my "worst" fear. Does anyone out there experience this or have any words of wisdom? It seems to go away when I exercise (I assume it's having the muscles warm) or when I am doing something else. When I just sit and obsess over it, I feel like I am going to die any minute- (for the last 20 years Duh.)

I know how you feel. I always feel so tight in my chest like I am about to have a heart palpitaion. I have lately been getting up out of the chair because that is what I do mostly now and I start playing with my dogs or I just go outside for a minute to get some fresh air, it seems to make the feeling go away. I think if it was something serous i wouldn't just go away when e think of something else.
