I have been light headed so I was looking up symptoms on Web MD and the same symptoms of heart disease such as feeling light headed, flip flops (heart) palpatations and anxiety were listed. Symptoms for anxiety are all of the above.
I do honestly believe I am light headed because of sinus/allergy reasons because my doctor told me that. I have darkness under my eyes which is a huge indicator of sinus problems. BUT, it scared me to read the same symptoms for anxiety and heart problems. I have had all the tests done (several ekg's, xrays' echo etc. ) I have been declared a clean bill of health.

My boyfriend tells me this all the time and I am starting to agree with him that webmd is the worst place for people with anxiety to go to when they aren't feeling good. If you have been to the doctor and they gave you a clean bill of health then it sounds like all of your symptoms are anxiety related.
An old boss of mine had the same symptoms as you and she has severe anxiety. I worked with her for eight years and she never once died, had a heart attack, passed out etc... from any of the symptoms she described.
Just remember anxiety can play tricks on you and make you think something is really wrong when it's not. It sounds like your allergies are contributing to your feelings. That happens to me a lot of times.
Just remember those scary thoughts when those symptoms occur are just thoughts. Work past them and you feel fine.

You are right - I should stay away from WebMD. I just worry, you know how it is. It is comforting to know that your boss had similar symptoms and survived!! I know it sounds silly but I fear death and it makes me feel better to know that its this "disorder" that I have been blessed with and not something that could kill me.
I have experienced a lot of death and am the way I am because of it - I don't want that to happen to my children.
