Coaching
For me the coaching program didn't work and I took it about 10 years ago. That's not to say it wouldn't work for anyone, however. I'd suggest you do a google search on Psychological Reversal and do some reading in that area. It might help you to decide whether or not you'd be a candidate for coaching. I'm not having any more luck with therapy than I did with the program because, I believe, of an issue with Reversal. I've recognized that I am really prone to self-sabotage but until recently didn't realize that there is help for that. Good luck on making your decision.
Dan, I had Chris as a coach. She gave me weekly assignments in addition to the work. I just finished with her on Fri. and she gave me an assign. to send in to StressCenter.com. She was helpful although I wish I'd gotten more out of it. It's certainly not her fault. I realize a lifetime of these issues will not clear up even in several months because the thing that's causing stress right now is not over. Hopefully it will be soon and I can get on with my life. Well, I need to get on with my life regardless. I think the coaching could help you as long as you do the assignments like they say. I was fortunate too because she gave me an hour where StressCenter.com says l/2 hr. which is a lot of money for the time. What's even higher yet is one on one with Lucinda. $700 an hour is much more than I could ever think of it. My coach did say there are people doing it tho so I guess if you've got money to spare, it's up to each individual. I wish you well Dan. I do think if we stick to the program, read the forums concerning our lesson and discuss in forums on chat we'd get the help we need too. God bless!
Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly. Leave the rest to God.

I just want to say that the StressCenter.com coaching program was the best thing I ever did for myself. I went through the program a few years ago and it helped a lot. After a growth spurt hit me late last year -I went through it again with a coach and I can't begin to tell you how much more I learned and now understand. It is important that you give the program a lot of time and do what your coach asks or you may not get as much out of it. The StressCenter.com program with Tammy as my coach has helped me become the person I wanted to be. As Lucinda says in the tapes - life is not perfect, life is stress - but we can learn to react differently!! Good luck to all of you!!
If you do decide to go the coaching route...make sure nothing happens in your life that you may need a break for a while. Cuz they will keep charging you.
I started the coaching and was bout 7 weeks into it when I lost my disability, my father died and my psychiatrist had me hospitalized.
Darla, told me they would put the payments on hold, but she never did. So since I have no income my credit card is still being billed for the coaching. When I emailed her regarding this she wanted proof of everything which I completely understand. But it cost $21 for my medical records and $7 for a copy of my Dad's death certificate. I have no income but that doesn't matter to them. They only care about the money not the individual.
