after my first panic attack i didnt know what was wrong with me so it was a cycle of one panic attack after another for 3 days straight and there was no let up i remember my jaw being clenched so tight that my jaw would be sore when i woke up in the morning i think the tingling in the hands is the extra adrenaline the relaxtion cd has helped me. through out the day i will open my mouth as if i was yawning and tighten it then relax just like the cd says it really seems to help i also have to tighten my stomach thats where i have alot of tension your not alone 

ive had anxiety for about 4 years now and i finally am getting a retainer for when i sleep! i have had jaw pain and tooth grinding at night and when im anxious for all these year! they tried to grind my teeth down but it didnt work, i have been waking my boyfriend up for the past two years and hurting myself.. talk to your dentist about getting a retainer itll help!.. i also get tingly and i always have! it used to scare me but its normal..my hands feet and face go numb and tingly
