after my first panic attack i didnt know what was wrong with me so it was a cycle of one panic attack after another for 3 days straight and there was no let up i remember my jaw being clenched so tight that my jaw would be sore when i woke up in the morning i think the tingling in the hands is the extra adrenaline the relaxtion cd has helped me. through out the day i will open my mouth as if i was yawning and tighten it then relax just like the cd says it really seems to help i also have to tighten my stomach thats where i have alot of tension your not alone :)

I clench my jaw all the time I had to be treated for TMJ because of it. I have to make myself relax my jaw all the time.
