In session 15 they talk about growth spurts, and that you can never go back. In the space of 2 weeks I have went from being happy, to depressed, had my first panic attack in 3 years today, My heart palpitaions have come back, I've not had them in about a year, and I have that spacey feeling back.

I am just not in a very good place at all.. Add to that all I can do is complain both on here and to my fiance which as caused row after row.

I am just well and truly fed up and feeling sorry for myself.

Any advice very much appreciated before I sink much deeper

In my experience, it always FEELS like you're falling back to Square One, but you're not. Tips and skills from the program fly through your head this time and before you didn't have any of that. If you're like me, before I'd freak out because I didn't know what was going on and now I know what it is.
You have to muster up the courage to apply what you've learned. If you simply give in to the crappy feelings and thoughts then you'll feel crappy for longer.
It stinks and feels terrible, but if you got relief before, you'll get it again.
Try to look at it as a learning experience this time. What are you mostly thinking about? What may have triggered it, etc.? Journal on it all so when you have another growth spurt, you'll be able to recall your notes.
