
Sleeping

At night when I am trying to sleep I feel like I am still awake but only hearing the background noise. I can't fully get to sleep and so when I wake up in the morning I feel as though I haven't slept. Is this anxiety? Then in the morning I start off anxious because I am so tired. During the days I have felt like I can't relax and am always on the edge which I know is anxiety and I do the journaling and everthing and I stil am anxious. I haven't got out the relaxation tape though lately. I am back at work now and it is the fisrt day back in a week and a half due to the weather here. But I am hoping that I am going to feel better now that I have more to concentrate on instead of being stuck in the house from the snow. I loved spending the time with my son and fiance but we all need a break
Does anyone else experience the sleeping problem and what did you do?
