As a small business owner, husband, and parent of two small children -- time is something that is not easy to come by. I'm trying to get the most as I can out of the program but I feel overwhelmed by the time commitment.
As an example, I'm in session 4 right now. I'm being asked to do the following:
- Listen to session 4 several times and review session 2.
- Journal regularly.
- Track negative thoughts.
- Do the relaxation tapes twice a day.
- Track my eating habits.
- Read the workbook.
- Watch the coaching tapes.
And the list goes on. If I don't do all of these things, I start "shoulding" all over myself. Help!
NO TIME!!

Ward,
I am with you! I also am a small business owner, husband, with 3 children. I can tell you from experience thereis not enough time in the day to do everything in the program within 1 weeks time. The first time I tried the program I increased my anxiety level 10 fold worrying constantly about how I was going to get all this done in 1 week, I finally got to the point that it wasn't worth the trouble. What I am doing now is going at my own pace. If it takes me 2 weeks to do a session, so be it. I think everyone who starts this program for the first time thinks that all their anxiety will be gone in 15 weeks if they just stay on schedule. This is not true, the anxiety will still be there. If you have taken your time and learned from each session you will be able to handle the anxiety. It may take 30 weeks instead of 15 weeks, so what? The important thing is that you are building life changing skills that will last a lifetime, slow down, so what if it takes a litle longer.
