I feel that there's no end to my search and I might as well forget about BVR and throw in the towel.

Where I see that the sky is the limit to my friends and family, the clouds are the limit to me.

I also feel like an embarassment toward my family and I might as well cut-off my ties with my family.

I'm also thinking of seeing a Fortune-Teller and asking her why these things are happening to me, because I feel like I'm a curse from the wheel.

YOu are not an embarassment to your family. Your family loves you the way you are and if they don't, then they are not a family worth having. You are too young to give up. I have been where you are at. No one said this would be easy, but the reward is worth it.
