I just added up my Medication and Therapy for last year and it came to $1010. I bought this program for roughly $450. I'm on lesson 4 and I already feel better then with 2+ years of therapy. Thanks Lucinda!

Yes, you are correct. And this program teaches you what most therapy sessions do not teach you: skills to turn your life around and keep it on track. I don't work for StressCenter.com either. I am a therapist.
