the last few days or so i've been experiencing like a tickle/anxious type feel through my left side of my body. It's so bad i cant seem to sit still or think of anything else but the feeling I'm going through. I just have no clue what to do or how to fight this off. It goes away then comes back through out the day and makes every day life a very big task. I haven't been sleeping much due to this feeling and i just need maybe some advice or stories if anyone out there has experienced these type's of feelings.

I know just what your talking about! When I get that I get it all over my body. What helped me was looking at it like this; when i get cramps, it's uncomfortable but I don't fear it, or having a head ache. You don't fear that either. It's just a body sensation. When we feel the anxiety (body feelings) we need to learn to not fear it. Look at it like the other things we feel, the less you think of the anxious feeling the faster they go away. I hope this helps some. :)

Same here. Those feelings of tingling often made me think I was having blood clots and a coming heart attack. It happened more when I was tired but not limited to that alone. Try to relax and know that it is "normal" for our situation. Once I found out why these things were happening to me, it was so helpful and they never became overwhelming again. I used to cry in fear of not knowing what was going on. Curled up in bed and held on to my husband telling him how scary it is and I don't know why I'm scared. He told me to try and relax and rubbed my back or smoothed my hair and I was able to calm down and go back to sleep.

Soon it was obvious this was not a heart attack and it could be subdued with relaxation. At times during the day the tingling would go down my left arm and of course, HEART ATTACK!! But that too went away after my mind went on other things. Hang in there. Stay with the program and learn more. Take care :)
