control issues

Well, I'm not a therapist but I'd say they're two sides of the same coin. I'd say that with guilt it's feeling like you should have had better/more control over a past event that didn't end well. And with worry, it's an attempt to control what will happen in the future. At least that's how it feels to me and I'm "guilty" of both.
