New to the program

I recived my "A Head Start"...looking forward to the program itself. I have read through several posts here and feel even better about the program...finally after years of so much therapy with soooo many differnt answers or guesses and medications from people who have never been where I am at it feels good to know there are others out there whom are honest and on the same journey I am.

r.michelle - Welcome to the program & family of friends. We are all here, in this together, to see that each of us will recover. Work hard and this program will help. The support from everyone has been wonderful. Good Luck.

Hi everyone. I started this program about 3 weeks ago, and really like it... It's taken so much anxiety and stress out of my life, and I'm learning how to turn my thinking in to a positive direction.
