I've felt 'lost' for so long now that when I intially heard lucinda talk about a task list of goal setting it made me a bit anxious. I've been living day to day just following life and have forgotten how to dream. When we had to write down our priorities in the into tape I sat there with a blank look on my face. I don't have any goals except to get through each day. I have no idea where I'll be in a year let alone five years and trying to come up with something is stressful for me when it should be exciting...is this a part of what's going on here? Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions?

If you like to read, try "The Power of Now", Eckhart Tolle. It is a little heavy, but if you use it as a tool the answer your question is there,I think it may help. Bottom line, learn to live in the present and do not worry about tommorrow, as you build your skills with this prgram, you will get your life back and begin to have dreams, goals and a dfference sense of life again. Hang in there, I felt like you do when I started, but have a total different look on life now!!

Thank you for the suggestion. My time is limited, but I do read when I do have it. Right now, trying to find time to participate in this program like I should be is a challenge. I have some pretty big life issues I'm dealing with - lawsuit with ex over child support, the company I work for is being acquired so I'm looking for another job and I'm a single mom with a limited support system. But, I've written the title down and if I can get an audio version or read it on a business flight, I will.

Any other suggestions are always welcome. Thanks again.
