Has the program changed?

I bought the program back in 2005 and was wondering if it has changed at all since?? I am wanting to start back up. Has there been any updates in the last couple years? Thanks.

I think the program is pretty much the same. I purchased the program in '98. Then last year I went through coaching program and received the program on CD's. The information on the tapes seemed to be the same as on the Cd's. I was happy to have both the tapes and the CD's it makes it so easy to listen to.
