What do you do to get more energy?

Like most people, I get very tired at times and need a way to have more energy. I get an adequate amount of sleep and try to avoid caffeine. And exercise, while it makes me feel a little better, does not really seem to give me more energy. I was wondering what folks here do for both a quick energy pick-me-up and also to have more energy long term.
Im not sure if this is possible with your schedule, but sometimes 3:00 hits I cant keep my eyes open, so I jut give in and shut down for about 15 minutes. I never really fall asleep, but its enough for me to kinda recharge for the afternoon without getting too groggy. But that may not fly too well if you're at work....
Do you get up and go to bed at the same time every day and night? And do you give yourself enough time to wake up in the morning? I read that if you have to hit your snooze more than once when your alarm goes off then you're not getting enough sleep.
Just food for thought....
Also, I take a multivitimin every day which has been helping a ton. Vitamin B6 and B12 have given me the best luck.
