I feel like I have PMS all day, every day. I am angry almost all day, every day. I have a good live and my anger is unprovoked. I'm just angry and I don't know how to get better. My anger or constant PMS or whatever this is causes me to think horrible, negative thoughts almost all day. I feel trapped inside my mind because I know there's no reason to be mad or think bad thoughts so it's like being in a prison without knowing how to open the cell door and escape to freedom. The angry thoughts cause me to feel like I'm going crazy and that terrifies me. I think it must be hormones or chemicals in the brain. Does anyone else have this problem and if so, how do you deal with it? What causes this anger? What kinds of medicine would work?
Thank you.
constant PMS
ihtp2cmh, how old are u? and how long has this been going on?
I suffer from pmdd which is horrible. However I dont really experience the anger just the mood swings and all that. I take Yaz birth control which seems to help me with the mood swings, it has been shown to help with pmdd.
Maybe you should see a physician and see if maybe it could be something hormonal. And they could provide you with the right kind of help. I know some good friends of mine have thyroid problems which causes havoc on all kinds of emotions.

If you think it's related to your hormones then you should ask your ob/gyn what he/she thinks and
perhaps they can take tests to see if it's hormone related/and to rule out medical causes.
Then if everything comes back normal you will know for certain that it is anxiety causing your
physical symptoms.
Anxiety is so sneaky it can mimic so many different illnesses.
have you gone thru the anger lesson yet? It will teach you ways to avoid angry moods/behaviors. Good Luck!
