Stretching

Has anyone else noticed in the moring when you wake up if you stretch or yawn? I didnt notice until this morning that I dont. The reason I ask is this moring when I woke up this is the first time in a long time that I felt relaxed, stretched and yawned. This was a good feeling to me because it must be a sign that the program is working. "funny" subject but it felt GREAT.

I like morning like that! I stretch when I wake up and do 15 minutes of yoga I think it helps because my mind always wanders in the morning I have trouble with beeing in the present moment yoga really helps me with that or just listening to Lucinda's relaxation when I wake up. I'm glad you felt great! Keep those days coming!

I'm now stretching every morning when I wake up and I haven't done that since I was a kid.

Thanks for you response. When I first thought about doing this post I thought it sounded kind of "funny" its nice to know that you understand what I'm talking about. Such a small thing can make ya feel so good.
