Last evening I watched the movie "Peaceful Warrior". During and after the movie I couldn't believe how this movie parellels most of what I have been taught and use with StressCenter.com program. It's a great insight into what the StressCenter.com program offers...I highly recommend those interested to watch.
Additionally, Eckhart Tolle has a wonderful book out called "A New Earth" which truly works in conjunction with the StressCenter.com program. This book is a great read especially if you watch the Movie Peaceful Warrior first.
Some helpful suggestions for all including those of us who need a refresher.
