Could you be scaring yourself with the thought that you have to stay there until your shift ends???
Maybe, you are thinking of yourself as being trapped, and you feel there is not an exit in sight, since, you feel you just can't run off the job and go home!!!!
I would ask my self these questions. Sounds like you have begun associating your work place with the panic attacks!!!
You need to do the program to overcome the fear of those panic attacks, so, they will not come around anymore....
