Ladies: Anxiety/Fear worse around your cycles?

I have been pretty good at talking myself out of panic, using positive self talk, and I do feel better that 2 weeks ago by using the skills from the program, that's for sure. But, around my monthly cycle, I start feeling low again and really have to make an effort to stay positive while I feel so yucky. More depressed than anxiety, then the fear of depression turns into anxiety. And the vicious cycle continues. Anyone else going through this? Any advice?
As women our hormones are always fluctuating, and can absolutely cause some major swings in our moods and anxiety.
I use a progesterone creme starting 2 weeks before the cycle to help balance it out and ease pms symptoms.
It's a natural creme containing extracts of wild yam and vitamin B12, mine is called Bioentopic, and I apply a 1/4 teaspoon of it day and night in different areas, like back of knees, inside of elbows, wrist etc.
You can find this at most health food stores.

If you are looking for it, make sure it says 2% Micronized all-natural progesterone creme with B12 as they manufacture several kinds of cremes.

YES!!!!!!!!!!! I am the EXACT same way and quite frankly I'm getting really sick of it!! Just when I think I'm doing great BAM damn period brings me down. I have scheduled an appoitment with my mental health dr. for next Tuesday to discuss this matter. I will let you know if she offers any helpful advice
My panic attacks came back with a vengance this past month and it was during my PMS. There is definitely a "hormonal" connection. I know Lucinda mentions it in the program or her book at sometime.
I was also weaning myself off of an antidepressant and felt okay until mid-cycle. So I still can't seem to shake it and will be seeing my Dr. next Friday. I know how you feel, and you are not alone with this.
