Overwhelming fatigue
Just wondering, can the overwhelming feeling of fatuigue contribute to the unreality and the dizzys? I feel like I could sleep ALL THE TIME!! I am struggling to get through my final days at work!! My work is giving me a VERY hard time about giving my notice and I am scared that I am not even am going to be able to make it through my last 2 weeks. Any advice?
You will be okay, Just take deep breaths when you start feeling those feelings. Just think and repeat this I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me thats how I am making it through. I have nights I can not sleep. But sometimes I think I could just get in bed and stay their. I have bad panic attacks but I am still working I think if I stopped working I would go crazy. It keeps me from thinking that much. I am on session three I am learning positive talk. Are you doing this program? It is helping me. God Bless take care Linda.
I am not sure for how long you've been feeling like this or if you seeked medical attention. I had similar fatigue issues which also caused dizzyness, anxiety etc. Fatigue couild indicate other health problems such as cardiovescular, heart desease and other, simple blood test will tell you. I always recommend to seek medical advise and run tests to rule things out and/or to find the cause and treat it. My blood test was fine, but noticed high cholestoral levels for which I am taking supplement for now.
Otherwise it seems yu are anxious and afraid with your notice at work, best advise I can give is to think positive. You gave notice, which must mean you found a new job, that is positive, just think how good you will feel knowing you did the right thing and treated your employer fair by giving notice and sticking it out. Off to a new chapter in your life.
Good luck.
