strain feeling when i swallow~ HELP PLEASE!!!

i had this weird feeling when i was drinking my water.... like a weird spasm in the back of the inside of my throat along the sides beneath my ears, not sure what it was, but it freaked me out... like a strain of some sort? does anyone have this, please tell me yes......

This is normal with people who have anxiety. A lot of people feel like their throat is closing up or some odd sensation. Dont be afraid, yet another aspect of anxiety!

I notice my throat constricting often, to the extent that it makes my voice hoarse. In the good moments, I speak normally. I a looking at it as a barometer of how I am doing, when my body relects a lowered anxiety level.
