Anyone else suffer from this? It probably explains why I am grumpy and in a bad mood 99% of the time, It goes back as far as my childhood, my parents where the strict religious type, we really did not get on, then through childhood being bullied etc, then as an adult I am very passive and shy, people take advantage of shy people which is what has happened to me and added to my anger and general frustration with life.

Hey Pear -

Absolutely, I relate to this. In fact, it's something I struggle with all the time. If you look into anger management, the ways to deal with it are nearly identical to those for dealing with anxiety. Part of why I left my job was because I was being made so angry by the crappy ways I was being treated.

Hi, yes I am on the virge of doing the same with my job, I am treated like a doormat, walked over all the time and never get any praise. Grrrrr, I am annoyed now even thinking about it.
