Hi, I have been diagnosed with OCD for the past 8 years, but also have Genralized Anxiety Disorder. It seems that the GAD is hiding underneath the OCD. The GAD started first, years ago, when I was young six or seven years old.
I am wondering if the program would be appropriate for my situation or should I continue to work on the OCD first?

In my opinion it is all one and the same. OCD and GAD are really just labels for differenct components of an anxiety disorder. The program is designed to treat it all. You might need a little more specialized help with the OCD but I'm betting the program will take you pretty far if not all the way to recovery.
