GET SO DIZZY ITS SCARES ME PLEASE HELP
I too am in front of the computer a lot & have had problems with it. My vision used to get 'weird' like blotchy, I felt kinda spacey and really nervous/dizzy after being on there for long periods of time. If you've checked your breathing to make sure you are 'belly' breathing & not shallow, chest breathing - then you can try what I suggest below.
I've found that if I take small breaks periodically from it & focus on something further away it eases off. I'd take a bathroom break & look out the window at the outside world just to give my eyes a break. If that doesn't work, while you are in the bathroom - or where ever, you can just close your eyes and do small exercises. Your eyes have muscles that get tired of being in one spot at a time.
Try this exercise: close your eyes, look up and hold for 3 seconds, look to the left and hold for 3 seconds, look to the right for 3, then down for 3. You might feel some little 'jerky' movements and some soreness....that's your eyes being tired and it's OK. One other thing is an ice pack across your eyes & forehead, but I'm not sure if you're able to do that at work.
As long as you've had your eyes checked & everything is OK, you shouldn't worry too much about it - anxiety will do that to you. And anxiety makes things SEEM so much worse than they really are.
I hope this will help you, it sure helped me & I had to figure it out on my own.

Staring at a computer can definitely make one more anxious, and mess with their vision.
Any type of fluorescent lighting can also play tricks on the mind...
You can buy a filter screen to go over your computer screen...I have one, and use it all the time...It really does wonders, since, it puts an end to any type of glare, and also helps filters out the brightness from the computer screen...
If your job is stressful, then, this could be another reason that you only experience these attacks at work. Maybe, you are in over-load!!!
I pray this further helps you...God Bless
