anxiety symptom or what????

anyone else have trouble focusing on something? like when i try to stare at a dot on the wall, i cant, my eyes shift quickly. and every time i go back to stare at it my eyes shift away again, lol, i just dont get whats going on with me.

Yes Curtst, I do.

I use to think I needed a new contact lense prescription, until I got my eyes checked AND new contacts and I still had the same problem. So yes, I think it's anxiety.

It's so irritating. It makes it hard for me to read books. I LOVE to read, so you know how I feel.

Yes Curtis, I have that too, especially when the anxiety is higher than my ability to focus is worse! I'm also adjusting to a med which makes me more tired and the focus a bit worse...but yes, this anxiety has strange and uncomfortable symptoms
