multiple symptoms and need advice i hope its my anxirty

okay to start off i had an amazing weekend with my family well sort of my uncle passed away wensday last week and its been upsetting and ive been crying and all down. well we had a dinner after his funeral and that went well. then i went to my cousins afterwards and hung with them all night and i huge spider crawled on my shoulder so i started freakin out. i thought it bit me well it didnt but i have this red mark in the cres of my arm and it red but the spider was on the other arm. so that spot is freakin me out really bad then right now my finger is like burnin pretty bad and i dont know why. its so uncomfortable. and im out of my anxiety meds and my doc says they cant give me anymore until friday and im freakin out bad.... i dont know what to do and i dont know how to control myself. i usualy dont take but one or two a day cuz my anxiety comes and goes on certan days. and its hard to just take one a day. i stopped drinking soda cuz the carbination made my chest feel weird and i havent drank it since last wensday. my chest does feel better but not completly. i just wish i would get better and it would all go away. does anyone out there have any suggestions like my anxiety is gettin me bad 2night and im startin to icth and everything i dont get it. my throat also felt weird 2day as if it was open or something. it throws my mind into my depersonalization mode when things like this happen please help me.........

Jujuboo...You need to try and calm yourself down!!! You are going through a difficult time because you just lost your uncle!!!

You are out of anxiety medication, and you are scaring your self with your negative thinking!!!

I am sure that isn't a spider bite, since, the spider wasn't even on that particular area of your body!!!

I am sure if you had gotten bitten by a poisonous spider, then, you would not have been sitting here typing all of this out!!! You would be in the hospital, by now!!!

If you mean your throat feels like it is closing up, then, I am well acquainted with that one!!! That symptom is very common for those who suffer from anxiety!!!

I am sure you are going to be fine...You just need to do some "positive self talk" and let this one go!!!!

I pray you do not continue to "obsess" over these things...You are healthy and safe, and just suffering from a bout of anxiety and panic!!!

thanks t bone i kno im over reacting but i cant seem to stop thinking about it all its just too hard i try and try but it stays there

The more you try and stop thinking about something, the more you do think about it!!!

This is kinda like saying...Do not think about a pink elephant!!! If you tell yourself not to think about a pink elephant, then, of course, you will think about a pink elephant...

You have to allow yourself to think those negative thoughts, but, just don't give them any weight...Know that thoughts are just thoughts...Thoughts are not facts!!!!

Just because some negative thought pops into your mind, does not mean it is true!!!

Make sure to replace those "negative thoughts" with thoughts that are more "realistic and truthful...Thoughts that make you feel warm, loved, content, healthy, safe and secure!!!!

You are not your thoughts...You are your actions!!! It is your choice whether to allow these thoughts to stick to you like glue, or just to observe them, as watch as they float lazily over your head, as clouds do!!!!

You will get much better at this one as time goes on...God Bless
