This summer is going to be an eventful one: I just graduated with my A.A. on Thursday, am getting married next month, am moving to San Francisco in August, and am starting as a junior at San Francisco State University at the end of August. All of these are positive things and I am excited, but nervous also! Thinking about all of it overwhelms me and I start to feel anxious. Any suggestions for dealing with all these changes?
I don't have any specific program tips for you, but I did juggle getting married over Christmas and New Years, got pregnant right after, and had family in town. At that time, I just have to create a separate physical space for each event. I had a wedding planner book...EVERYTHING for the wedding went in there. When I closed the book, the wedding went away.
I would suggest keeping all your paperwork in separate folders and REALLY work on only thinking about one event at a time (unless they happen together...ie wedding and vacation or honeymoon). Good luck to you and congrats on so many wonderful things!!
