Hi, for everyone that is interested (and we all should be!), here are 2 absolutely EXCELLENT websites for dealing with anxiety & depression. I believe that no matter where your mental, physical or emotional status is - you will benefit from these websites *IF* you apply them to your life. (Along with a healthy spiritual relationship with the Lord)

The first one here is Foods To Help You Feel Better:Foods To Help You Feel Better

http://www.webmd.com/depressio...ms/foods-feel-better

The second one here is Natural Depression Treatments (15 ways to help treat depression naturally)Natural Depression Treatments (15 ways to help treat depression naturally)

http://www.webmd.com/depressio...s/natural-treatments

***Never adjust or stop taking medications for depression/anxiety/panic attacks on your own, this can be very dangerous. ALWAYS consult your doctor for medication adjustments***

Also, some of the information may not apply to you due to existing medical condtions, please use your common sense! For example, do not start eating chocolate if you are diabetic unless you get the sugar free type! Do not eat oysters or fish if you are allergic to seafood! :)

Please take the time to read these 2 informative web pages. Make gradual changes, for instance - if you do not exercise now, don't go out and try to do an entire 30 minute walk. Start off with only 10 minutes, then if you can - walk 10 minutes 2-3 times a day. When you feel more comfortable with the 10 minutes, gradually increase the time by 5 minutes. **And of course, if you have an existing medical condtion, please ask your doctor if it's OK for you to exercise!**

Thank you for taking the time to read this, it's been a pleasure passing this information on & if there's anything anyone wants to add, go ahead!! We are all here to help or be helped!!
God is Always with Me & He will get me through this!
