I just ordered Yesterday and I cant wait to get started. I sure hope this works. My wife of 4 years has told me shes going to her sisters for a while to think about us.I had a major meltdown yesterday and she cant handle the stress anymore. All my anxiety is driven from my thoughts of her leaving me to be with someone else. This has happened in 2 previous relationships prior to this one. Im so tired of thinking and feeling this way I just want it to be over it sure would be nice to find HELP.

Hnryjo...you've taken a first big step which is seek help. You didn't provide many details as to how your anxiety is manifesting itself and what's it's doing to your marriage. Anxiety/panic/depression takes a toll on everyone around the one suffering from this. It's not uncommon. The good thing is that first step has been taken. Once you receive the program you'll need to go through it carefully and acquiring the necessary skills to cope with your particular situation. You're not alone in this and will find support and guidance from this message board. Good luck...
