So I've had the program for a few years now and I've never gotten past week 4 or 5. I've restarted the program numerous times but I always seem to get caught up in things and forget about it. I want to get through the program now and since I've gone through those first tapes over and over, would it be ok to just review over them and then start with a new tape?

Hi Chelsie,

I have done the program, I think, three times throughout the years and I have always started from the beginning.

This is my personal opinion but I think you would be better off starting from Lesson One. Each lesson builds on the ones previous and I really think you may get something out of the first few lessons that you perhaps didn't before.

I know it may be a pain, but I would encourage you to begin at the beginning and I wish you all the success in the world!

Take care.
