Hello,
You are thinking the worst about about your workday before it happens. You have the "what ifs". "What if" this or that happens when I am at work? After that first two hours and nothing happens you settle down and enjoy the rest of the work day.
However, as soon as your work day is over you again think, "what if" I have something happen to me tomorrow? This is a vicious circle and is called negative thinking - plus you have anticipatory anxiety. The key is to learn how to stop negative thinking and to break this circle.
This program deals a lot on how we handle negative thinking and the "what ifs". I don't know if you have the program or not, but it really helps. You know nothing will happen and you have to convince your mind (thoughts) of this fact.
When thinking negatively about tomorrow's work, immediately switch to a positive thought like, "I love my job and it's going to be a great day". You can do it!
